Great value contrasted with other options, had a very nice stay during our vacation. It was an absolutely perfect and excellent location near to concert venue and Riverfront Park, and many restaurants and bars and even the Fox and Bing Crosby theaters. We greatly enjoyed nearby Steam Plant, they had nice drinks.

Cute hotel with views of courtyard and efficient and best staff. Newly remodelled property room with an exceptionally comfortable bed and private bathroom. Had climate control, multi-channel television and a microwave. Magnificent, incredible location in Spokane, really close to theaters, the restaurant and river park. Also, close to everything.

Good location for a great price. The bed was very comfortable and the room was very clean. They did a great job of making an old building hip and happening. They have a neat little lounge right on the corner. It is within walking distance of good restaurants and entertainment. It's not super fancy, but nice. I would stay there again.

Pet friendly, frendly staff, great art work and charm. The location was great, many restaurants and shopping. Quick drive to a great park for a walk with my dog. Im looking forward to my next stay

The nearby Tamarack Public House serves amazing crisp salads and craft brews, a must-try! The staff at Ruby were super friendly, and the location is a stone's throw away from the Knitting Factory-perfect for catching a show.

The outside area needed a serious spruce-up, filled with old cigarette butts. Our shower was a bit noisy too, but it didn't overshadow the fun we had in Spokane.

The staff always ready with answers and helpful not felling as if they were in a rush. Loved the decor and color scheme.

The comteniemtal breakfast was ok could use verity of fruits to go with everything else.

Had a blast with my friends! We were steps away from the Knitting Factory and enjoyed a bike cruise in the entertainment district. The staff were super friendly, and our room wassuper clean and cozy enough for our short stay. Definitely a great spot for concerts in the area.

Just something to keep in mind if you're in a hurry.

The bed was comfortable and the room was clean. Room was up-to-date in design and furnishings.

It is located near downtown. Garbage truck picked up garbage late at night disturbing our sleep. Close to train tracks and train noise disturbed our sleep. Breakfast was poor and served in the bar/lounge...not a good atmosphere.
